Child psychology
Helping little ones grow up feeling safe.
Children can't always put what's happening into words, and they express it through behaviour: tantrums, fears, sleep problems or difficulties at school. In child therapy we work through play and in close collaboration with the family, supporting your child and giving you tools too.
Signs it can help you
- Fears, anxiety or sleep problems
- Intense tantrums or trouble managing emotions
- Changes after a separation, a loss or a new sibling
- Behaviour or school difficulties
How I work on this

Frequently asked questions
From what age can my child attend child therapy?
We work with children from a very early age, always adapting how we accompany them to each developmental stage. With the youngest ones, play is the main tool, while with slightly older children we introduce other approaches. What matters is starting from their real needs, not from a specific age.
Do I need to be present during the sessions?
It depends on the age and each particular situation. In some cases the family takes an active part, and in others the session space is just for the child, with regular follow-up meetings with you. We will always explain how we will work and why, so you feel part of the process.
How do I know if my child needs psychological support?
Noticeable changes in sleep, eating, behaviour or mood, as well as difficulties at school or in relationships, can be signs that something is hard for them. There is no need to wait until the distress is very intense. A first consultation helps us look together at what is happening and how to accompany them better.
What information will you share with me about the sessions?
We will stay in close contact with you to guide you and offer strategies, always caring for the trust the child places in the therapeutic space. We share what is needed so you can support them at home, while respecting their privacy. Our shared goal is for them to feel safe enough to move forward.
How much does child therapy cost?
Prices can be discussed with no obligation at all, so feel free to write or call us with complete peace of mind. We will inform you of the fees and how the process is organised. The priority is finding the right support for your family.
