Couples therapy

Rebuilding connection and learning to understand each other again.

Every couple goes through crises. What makes the difference is how you face them. If you've settled into arguments that go nowhere, into silence or into disconnection, couples therapy helps you understand what's happening and recover a healthy way to communicate and care for each other.

Signs it can help you

  • Frequent arguments or the same ones on repeat
  • Lack of communication or emotional distance
  • Trust crises or infidelity
  • Disagreements about parenting, living together or the shared project
  • Doubt about continuing or how to separate well

How I work on this

A neutral space where both of you feel heard. We work on communication, conflict patterns and each person's needs, without taking sides.

What the process includes

  • Assessment of the relationship and both partners' goals
  • Communication and conflict-resolution tools
  • Work on trust, intimacy and agreements

Frequently asked questions

When is a good time to start couples therapy?
You do not need to be on the verge of breaking up to come. Therapy helps both when there are recurring conflicts, distance or poor communication, and when you simply want to care for and strengthen a relationship that is going well. The sooner you work on what worries you, the easier it usually is to rebuild understanding.
Do we both always have to attend?
Usually you come as a couple, so we can work on the relationship from both perspectives. Even so, if one person cannot or does not want to come for now, we can also begin individually and see how to continue. Each process adapts to your real situation.
Will the therapist take sides?
No. My role is to support both of you equally, without judging or looking for someone to blame. I work from a place of neutrality so you feel heard and can understand each other better, always caring for a safe and respectful space for both.
Is therapy useful even if we are thinking of separating?
Yes. Sometimes the goal is to rebuild the relationship and other times it is to support a separation that is as respectful and calm as possible. In both cases therapy helps you decide with more clarity, ease the pain and care for the bond, especially when there are children involved.
How much do the sessions cost?
Prices can be checked with no obligation, so you can find out with peace of mind before starting. Write to us and we will explain how we work and the best way to support you based on your situation.
